Résumé de l'avis
Exceptional communication and detailed setup
Jim and LeAnne communicate promptly, go the extra mile by pre-stocking the RV with items like snacks, coffee, outdoor gear, and promptly resolve any issues. They also handle comprehensive setup.
Luxurious, spotless, and fully stocked
Janey's Gem is a new, spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated travel trailer. It's well-appointed and comes pre-stocked with essential amenities and supplies, reducing guest preparation.

5.0We had a wonderful trip. Delivery, setup, communication and cleanliness of the unit were great! RV had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. The layout was great and met out needs. Will definitely rent again.

5.0This camper blew me away! By far the most luxurious travel trailer we have rented so far! Spacious, immaculately clean, and well appointed with welcoming amenities. We rented 13 campers for our senior staff and board members at our festival. I actually felt bad that neither the CEO nor our Chairman of the Board got this one. One of those two folks is getting an upgrade into this unit next year! Couldn't be happier with this rental.

5.0The RV was so clean and spacious, and was perfect for a group of 2-4! Communication with the host was excellent, and they went the extra mile from beginning to end. You will NOT be disappointed in this RV experience. So wonderful to truly drive up, unload clothes and food and relax. The hosts made sure everything else was ready for us…down to snacks, coffee pods and the outdoor tables, grills and chairs. The host even went the extra mile regarding the pickup of the RV. We will share our experience with everyone, and hope we have the occasion to rent from Concierge (Jim and LeAnne) in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time. Cathie McDonald Charlotte NC

5.0This experience was amazing. Everything was spotless and setup to perfection. I am an overpacker and brought everything that I thought I might need- and ended up not needing half of it because the camper was stocked and ready to go. The hosts were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to enjoy our weekend. Even if an issue arrived, they didn’t hesitate to come back out and fix it to make sure we were comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this listing enough. As someone who isn’t really a camper/outdoorsy person- this camper had everything I needed and more. I would absolutely book this camper again.
