There are seatbelts and sleeping for 7 people & room for everyone to relax! The electric awning opens up so you can be outdoors, shaded from the sun and protected from the rain & even watch a movie or a game on the outdoor T.V. There are many home comforts with 2 full-wall slides. One opens up the living room space & the other allows for a standard queen bed in the back bedroom.
Before every rental, we thoroughly clean everything to keep this RV well maintained & comfortable.
We Will DO a comprehensive one-on-one total interior & exterior walk-through upon Pick-up & Drop-off. We offer disposable gloves for dumping tanks, RV toilet paper, toilet chemical packs for waste tank, fresh water hose, 15 to 30 amp electrical adapter, heavy duty sewer hose, loft ladder, dish drainer, broom & dust pan. 4David was very informative, and helpful. Conducted a test-drive which helped build confidence. He responded to messages quickly and resolved any issues we had 5 stars for David! The RV itself had a few issues that were annoying. The black water light never read anything but "full" so we never knew when it was truly full. We simply stopped using the head for our entire last day which was an inconvenience in the middle of the last night... The generator also did not charge the batteries enough, and the low battery alarm would constantly chirp in the middle of the night which was also annoying. The RV was in "good" condition and handled well on the road, so 4 stars for the RV. 4.5 stars overall

3David was great and easy to work with. Was very clean and easy to pick up and drop off. Issues are that I paid over 1500 for 3 nights. $500 per night. It didn't come with sheets or towels and I had to buy some.At the end had to pay additional cleaning fees, dump fees, a hub cap fell off which has happened a few times costing an additional $186.00. I can stay at a Ritz Carlton for the same price as this Winnebago. It doesn't help that outdoorsy fees are out of control. The rental was $850 and the fees are $700. My opinion just doesn't add up and make sense.
