This is a brand new full body paint Fleetwood Pace Arrow 33 D diesel coach located just north of Tampa on the lower end of Spring Hill and the upper side of Land O Lakes. 50 amp service in this 34 ft long diesel coach with a queen bed, electric fireplace and televator TV in master room. Washer dryer combo unit and tons of drawers, closets and storage. Drop down bunk over the drivers area will sleep two adults. The dinnette will also convert to a bed. Leather seating throughout with reclining driver and passanger seating, two theather electric reclining seats, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, convection microwave, conduction stove (cookware, plates and utensils will be onboard), on demand water heater, and separate vacuum flush commode room and full size shower. Central vacuum. Outdoor television with awning. Automatic levelers and plenty of undercarriage storage complement this 34 ft diesel coach. Ce qui est inclusThe coach will have all cooking, eating utensils, outdoor camping chairs, equipment for water supply and tank emptying. If not emptied, there is a $25 fee to empty tanks. Also, the coach needs to be returned with the diesel and propane full. If not, there is a $25 fee plus the cost of the diesel and/or propane to replenish.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

R.

We can drop off and pick-up as listed and per charges listed. Top off the diesel and propane before returning as both will be full when delivered or received by you. Pick-up: 1 pm, drop off 11 am. We have some flexibility in times but will need to respect the times if the coach has a prior or after renter. With a pet, we respectfully request full house training to prevent damage and smells. With damage or smells on return, there will be a professional cleaning fee deducted from your deposit.
