$300 excessive cleaning fee charged if the trailer is returned extra dirty (ex. sand, mud, excessive dirt…).
$75 cleaning fee is charged if the trailer is returned and more than a basic wipe down is required including dirty dishes.
The awning is not covered by insurance. Use at your own risk as it could cost several thousand dollars to replace and can be easily damaged in windy conditions.
