due to Shelton's lack of communication and response, our 4-day vacation was spent on the phone with Outdoorsy submitting complaints of problems with the camper.
Rental Condition & Setup
The air was not working, camper rocked terribly as stabilizers were not put down, water tank overflow was leaking, TV was broken, and no induction cookware for the burner.

1.0DO NOT RENT THROUGH SHELTON LEE. I was so looking forward to our camper rental (2017 Forest River Wildwood), however, due to Shelton's lack of communication and response, our 4-day vacation was spent on the phone with Outdoorsy submitting complaints of problems with the camper and his lack of response. Upon arriving at the campground at the time we were notified via email the morning of arrival, the camper was there, but no one to give us instructions, no walk-through, nothing. The camper was unlocked, but the person who delivered it took the keys with them. The air was not working, camper rocked terribly as the stabilizers under camper were not put down, water tank overflow was leaking outside the camper, and we could not use the outside kitchen as it was locked. Outdoorsy and I tried numerous times to text and call Shelton with no answer and his voicemail box was full. My husband was able to get the air conditioner working and the rear stabilizer down. Once we got the outside kitchen open, we found the TV was broken and the burner was an induction surface and there were no induction cookware to use on it. We never did get the keys or the front stabilizer put down during our vacation. This could have been a quick fix of the issues with the camper, but he chose not to follow-thru. If these issues would be fixed on the camper, it would not have been so bad. Shelton owns several campers, but I would NOT recommend renting from Shelton Lee Properties. P.S. Outdoorsy was very concerned and responsive to our situation.

5.0Shelton was very accomodating! He provided all the comforts of home! I recommend renting from him! He took care of all the needs of the RV! We didn't have any disruptions! Shelton hands down is a super supreme host!
