5.0The RV was clean and ready to go, and the owner went over everything with us clearly. When we were confused about something, he answered promptly and helped us figure it out. We ended up with the tire splitting- not a maintenance issue, but one that is apparently a manufacturing trouble spot. The owner was helpful, communicative, and paid for the repairs so we could get back to our vacation. Honestly, 10/10 would rent again. The only downside is the bed is a little thin, but we just used the bench seat cushions tucked under it to cover the ridge of the bed's platform and were fine. Nothing I'd dock points for though.

5.0It was a breeze to rent the RV. Everything listed was exactly as the RV was described. Very easy to drive and set up and everything worked great! Perfect for my wife and I and the week we had at Jellystone. Great communication throughout the entire week! Thank you for the great experience as we look forward to future trips.

5.0AMAZING. The owner was very knowledgeable and very thorough on showing all the buttons on the RV. Very appreciative of that. The A/C worked beautifully in the heat at the Sand Dunes. Easy to drive RV no issues on the narrow road. Rob was very quick to respond which was great and I have zero complaints. Did not use the bathroom in the RV since the facilities at the park were perfect for us.
