We really enjoyed using this RV and all it's features when taking it to Zion National Park nearby. Alhtough the vehicle has its minor blemishes from previous renters, it has all you need for a good trip. The owners were very courteous and provided great tips on its use. They did everything online through the app, so we didn't need to mess with paperwork. The fridge/freezer was big enough for everything we needed that week. The A/C worked flawlessly. There was more than enough storage for our hiking equipment. It was furnished with all we needed in the kitchen. And the interior was beautifully decorated.

This was our first time taking an RV out and we made some great memories. The owners were not in town during our rental and it took a bit to get responses leading up the trip. We had to do a walk through of the RV via facetime which was okay, we were able to text with the owners after we picked up the RV. There were supposed to be videos emailed to us detailing different parts of the RV and how to use them which we never received. The trailer itself was pretty dirty and dusty inside and it was definitely not brand new (chips, water damage, and stains on seats). I don't think it was cleaned very well from the people who rented it the weekend before and I don't believe the people who used it before us had emptied the water tanks evidenced by the smell in the bathroom (we didn't use the tanks because our campsite had the needed amenities). Also, the fridge and a couple of the drawers do not stay closed while driving which was really frustrating when food spilled out of the fridge while driving. Overall we had a good experience but wish it was more clean and not advertised as brand new (expectation wise), but it was very sufficient for our needs on our trip.
