Excellent experience all around! Josh was super helpful, the van pick up and drop off was super easy, and the whole rental went perfectly. The van is awesome. I highly recommend!!!

Pick up and drop off was very easy to schedule. Josh was a very responsive when we had questions after we left for a 5-day trip to Vermont, would definitely rent again. Wedding was beautiful and my 90-year-old father was very comfortable.

I rented Josh’s van after messaging with him on April 16th; he sent a message canceling the rental on May 20th saying the van was double booked. This was less than one month before we were set to leave (June 12). Outdoorsy sent me a coupon for a small discount to rebook a different vehicle but the code did not work. It took several calls to get everything figured out and luckily I found an amazing replacement, thus my family vacation was able to happen as planned.
