Lauren was always available for questions when I had them. She had the camper all set up for me when I arrived. It was clean and completely ready for my week of camping. Thanks Lauren for making my experience easy and enjoyable.

As first-time camper renters testing the waters before buying our own rig, we rented Lauren's Winnebago Micro Minnie. The camper itself was great — comfortable, well-equipped, and gave us a real feel for RV life. Lauren was also excellent: responsive and quick to try to troubleshoot when things went sideways. The issue was power. We were boondocking in a state park, fully reliant on battery. The unit's lithium battery wouldn't hold a charge, so while we had a solid place to sleep and stay out of the elements, we had no lights, no water pump, and no other electrical systems. Outdoorsy did extend a discount for the inconvenience. I would rent from Lauren again, and would just want confirmation the RV's battery has been tested for off-grid use beforehand.

Had a fan artistic experience. The camper was fully functional, clean, and well stocked with the necessities. The delivery and pick up option was smooth and hassle free.

Lauren was a great host—everything went smoothly, and the RV had everything we needed. It was fully equipped with a working A/C, stove, shower, and all the essentials, which made our first RV trip super comfortable and fun. The setup was easy, and communication was on point. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for first-timers!
