Great experience, will definitely use again , very clean and comfortable

The trailer itself was great: it was clean and everything seemed to work as it should, and Keaton was very prompt in his communication. But our whole experience would have been so much better if Keaton had filled the freshwater tank and given us a ten minute walk through instead of leaving us to figure it all out on our own. I told him right from the start that although I had towed utility trailers, this was going to be my first time using a travel trailer. But he was not there at the time we agreed to pick it up, and he told me to just take it. When we arrived at the campground just after dark, it took us ten minutes to just figure out how to turn on the interior lights. That would have been so easy to prevent.

Keaton was very quick to respond and answer any questions. The camper was easy to use and very beginner friendly. The Rv had dishes and other household basics such as hand soap, and dish sponges etc. The host said that the RV came with bedding and towels for guest use. The bedding consisted of a fitted sheet, a top sheet, one pillow case and 2 pillows and was unmade. (See photo below) The towels were found scrunched up in the back of a cabinet. We assumed they were clean but it was not obvious. The host was not present at pick up or drop off. We did not receive keys. The fresh water tank was empty upon pickup. Overall our experience was good with a few hospitality hiccups, and it seems the host is still working out the kinks in their rental.

The trailer was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The host was friendly and responsive, and we really appreciated that. We gave 4/5 stars because there were a few areas that could be improved, mainly clearer communication around expectations and ensuring the trailer is fully stocked before each rental. These felt like minor growing pains rather than major issues. Overall, we had a great stay, would definitely rent from him again, and wish him all the best!

The trailer was perfect for our small family. Keaton was great at communicating and helped get everything set up for us so our trip was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!
