Very clean and comfortable trailer with everything you need. Larger 10 gallon hot water tank, 2-20lbs propane bottles, 2 batteries. Everything works great and has a very comfortable lounge area. Very large 8'x19' awning. If hooked up to shore power the TV, DVD player, microwave and air conditioner and all outlets work.
