3.0They parked us over an old campfire that if not for a nearby Ace Hardware I bought an old tarp that helped limit mud and debris tracking into the trailer. The HVAC was extremely dirty & we cleaned that to keep the unit from freezing up. The leak in the toilet constantly needs to be emptied. They were great people and I would have used them again, but aside from the claim that was filed for $250 on a flimsy screen door that an anxious dog poke through, I thought could have been settled without a claim. Good luck & wish them well. With what we paid, I thought we could have been Fair on this. Thanks for the use of your trailer, lots of great memories!

5.0With little time to prepare, Alex and his wife assisted with a last minute booking for our family. Family and pet friendly rental. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable! Appreciated the leniency for pick up and drop off. Would book again in future. My husband loved how “smooth” it towed and the additional braking.
