Things that went well: We rented the 2024 Grech. We did a combo trip of boondocking and hook-ups. We had 3 hook-up nights and 4 boondocking nights. App iOverlander was helpful. Responsiveness of staff for problems was excellent. Smooth ride, drives well. Great turning radius which made it easy to park and turn around - much better than we had anticipated. Love safety features of adaptive cruise control and cameras for when changing lanes and backing up Driver and passenger seat are very comfortable for long term travel and for both me and my husband to drive which is no easy feat (he is 6’4 and I am 5’0) Bed is more comfortable that you would think - we slept very well. Loved the microwave/stove combo in addition to the induction stove top Nice big fridge. TV was nice and easy to stream our favorite shows Things that could have been better: Fridge door and drawer below it come open on turns - consistently. Had to brace them with bags until we could buy a small curtain rod to brace them - but then had to step over them if you needed to get into the back of the RV when traveling or using bathroom. Shower leaks - only showered twice in the RV because we didn’t want damage to occur below the shower. Yes, the curtain was pulled. The lithium batteries die within hours if you have the air running - even if the temperature is not particularly hot. We had to leave the vehicle running most of the nights if we wanted air. We had the temperature set at 76 so it wasn’t particularly taxing I don’t think - maybe something is not right with one of the batteries???? Sometimes the app wouldn’t recognize one of them. The fuse for the cigarette lighter blew. Since we had this fuse problem and the fuse for the masticator on the sewer system - maybe consider a small variety pack of fuses in the RV supplies for renters. Instructions on how to heat the water for use of the water heater would have been nice. The bathroom smell was bad the whole trip. We drained the black tank and then the fuse blew and would not drain the grey tank. We watched a youtube video and they said to take the plastic cap off the masticator and take a phillips head screwdriver and agitate it and then try again. We did this and then replaced the fuse and tried again and the fuse still blew. We had to buy a 3 in sewer drain hose and use the bypass mechanism. We never put anything in the toilet other than the approved toilet paper.

We had a wonderful trip! We would definitely rent again. The entire process was easy from booking, ongoing communication, to the RV return. We were able to create some amazing memories! Thank you!

Communication with Chris along with advance knowledge of what the RV had for supplies and type of coffee pot. We will definately rent again. Chris is super.

He is highly responsive, and his ability to provide clear concise answers was invaluable to us as first-time RV renters. This level of service is not often experienced in any industry. We rented the Grech Class B and loved it. We felt prepared and ready for an adventure. It had all the conveniences of home. Chris did a thorough job of explaining how to use the systems and the technology. We traveled with comfort and confidence. We are already planning our next adventure and will work with Chris.

The host was amazing helpful. The van is beauty and the bed is so comfy.
