This was our second time renting Heather and Al’s trailer. They are great to deal with and pick up and drop off was easy. It’s a perfect trailer for a couple or small family. Would highly recommend!

Heather and Al were fantastic to deal with. Al walked me through the trailer and explained all of the features and how to use them. There is also a binder in the trailer with detailed instructions and photos for you to reference on the road. They also made themselves available by phone at any time. The trailer was the perfect home for me and my two young sons on our roadtrip. I would 100% rent this trailer again for our next trip.

Heather and Al were a pleasure to deal with. Their prompt responses and clear instructions greatly enhanced our trip. The RV was clean and well-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and essentials like special toilet paper for the RV toilet and black tank. Their thorough orientation, which lasted under an hour, covered everything we needed to know about setting up, driving, and packing out the RV. Returning the RV was straightforward, especially since we took care to clean it thoroughly. We didn't face any major issues; the few minor ones involved basic RV knowledge, such as anticipating when the battery might die, understanding when the furnace will shut off, or turning up the water heater for about 25 minutes before hot water flows. I appreciated that, at the end of our trip, they asked for feedback on how to improve for future reservations. We've already booked with them again for June and highly recommend them.

The trailer was perfect for our needs and Heather was amazing to deal with. Communication was great and she was very flexible. I would highly recommend using Heather and we will be booking her trailer again.
