She is a very clean and cozy - home on wheels - you will enjoy spending time in her with your kids and family - 2 flat screen TVs - one in bedroom and one in the kitchen - enjoy!
Fully Stocked--Includes linens, as an add-on, dishes and cookware, also 5 lawn chairs that you can add as an add-on as well as several table coverings for the picnic tables.

We have a very strict NO Smoking policy. DO NOT smoke in the RV.
Pets are not allowed!
The expectation is that the RV will be returned in the same condition as it was when you picked it up. This includes emptying Both waste tanks, refilling the fuel tank and propane tank. It is also expected that the RV and all items on inventory list are cleaned after use and prior to returning for walk through with the exception of bed linens and towels.
Damaged or lost items - In case of any damage to fiberglass, cushions, cabinetry, electronics, etc., or any item not covered by the Outdoorsy Insurance Policies the price will be taken from the damage deposit!Fresh water tank fill Paid on Return
