Welcome to your adventure in our Forest River Solera RV! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth journey, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines:
Safety First:
* All drivers must be preauthorized through the Outdoorsy verification process.
* All passengers must wear seat belts while the RV is in motion.
* Obey all posted speed limits and road signs. Drive cautiously, especially in adverse weather conditions.
* Take regular breaks to avoid driver fatigue. Rest every 2 hours or 100 miles.
Vehicle Operation:
* Conduct a thorough inspection before each departure. Ensure all doors and compartments are securely closed, slides are in and cupboards secure.
* Avoid driving on unpaved roads, restricted areas, or any terrain unsuitable for an RV.
* Park only in designated RV areas. Use leveling blocks if necessary. Be mindful of overhanging branches and low clearances.
Maintenance and Care:
* Keep the interior clean and tidy. No smoking inside the RV. Dogs are allowed but ensure they are well-behaved and clean up after them.
* NEVER leave a dog unattended in the RV.
* Empty the black and gray water tanks only at designated dump stations. Ensure proper disposal of all trash and recyclables.
* Use appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave) responsibly. Turn off propane while driving.
• Fuel and Fluids:
* Return the RV with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental.
* Use only Diesel fuel.
Emergencies and Breakdowns:
* In case of a breakdown, contact Outdoorsy roadside assistance and us immediately.
* Report accidents or damages to us immediately and follow local legal requirements.
Return:
* Return on time.
* Return in the same condition as received. Clean the interior, empty waste tanks, and refuel.
Additional Rules:
* No illegal substances, firearms, or hazardous materials are allowed in the RV.
* Travel is restricted to within the continental United States.
