Our almost new and very clean 31 foot RV is really easy to drive and has a lot of bells and whistles. Rear backup camera system as well side mirror cameras. There are 2 indoor TV's and an outdoor TV. Easy to use indoor and outdoor stereo systems. Generous amounts of storage space both inside and out.
This unit sleeps 7 comfortably. There are two (2) spacious slide outs. One expands the kitchen and living area for extra space and well as one in the dining area providing you with extra comfort. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. (Once again, bed linens - 1200 thread count, blankets, pillows, and bath towels are provided for up to 7 quests at no additional charge.)
The separate shower area and roomy bathroom have tons of storage space and I will even supply you with RV friendly tissue paper and Nest amenities.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with dishes and utensils for 7 people. There is an RV size refrigerator/freezer as well as a large microwave, and a gas oven/cook top with 3 burners. Lots of overhead compartments for all your food items as well as a slide out pantry. Your kitchen will be stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and silverware for 7 people. Enjoy your trip with an outdoor barbecue, we provide you a Portable Charcoal Grill, no cost. I will also provide you with a new coffee maker, toaster, Ninja pan 10 in 1 ( air fryer, pressure cooking, rice pan etc...), assorted pots and pans, cooking utensils and storage containers. I'll even send you on your way with some paper plates and cups, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, trash can with trash bags., all at no extra charge.
There is an awesome, large outdoor, lit awning that you can sit under while enjoying the stereo, and/or the large outdoor TV.
