The door latch was broken and it was blind luck that I was able to flag one of the staff down for repairs. Once repaired, everything was great. Please try to be better at answering the phone.

We had a great time! This was our first experience renting an RV and camping at fort wilderness. The pop up RV was perfect for our family of 5. Escape RV made it easy for us to enjoy our Fort Wilderness stay. They had the RV set up and ready before we arrived. Everything was clean and the RV was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and staff were great at communication. We would use Escape RV Rental for our next camping adventure and would definitely recommend.
