We sincerely want you to have a stress-free trip and an incredible experience! Driving and staying in an RV comes with a few extra responsibilities, so please keep these quick rules of the road in mind to avoid unexpected repair costs or headaches:Awning Care: The van must be parked and turned off before deploying the awning. Turn the main power switch on by the side entry, then press extend. Always retract the awning on windy days and whenever you leave the campsite. High winds can destroy an awning instantly, leading to an expensive repair that can ruin a vacation.Vehicle Height (10' 8"): Always know your clearance. Do not enter restaurant drive-thrus, parking garages, or low-clearance bridges.Ground Clearance: This van sits lower to the ground than standard vehicles. Do not pull forward or back up into concrete parking curbs or high stoppers, as this will damage the undercarriage.Waste Tanks (Dumping Procedure):Always empty the Black tank first, followed by the Gray tank to rinse the hose.Make sure both dump valve handles are pushed all the way in when finished.Reattach the hose cap and turn until snug (do not overtighten).Fresh Water & Shore Power (Green Tote): The green tote contains all necessary fresh water (potable) hoses and electrical connections. Always plug in using the included surge protector—power surges will fry the electrical system and result in major repair costs.Controls & Switches: All main control switches and operation instructions are covered in the walkthrough video.Basic Tools: A basic toolbox is stored under the passenger seat if you ever need it.Departure Checklist: Before driving off, secure all interior items—double-check that all drawers, sliding doors, cabinet latches, and loose gear are locked in place.Thank you for treating our van with care. Safe and happy travels!
