Located in Tracy, CA.This Dutchman Aerolite 213Rbsl is very easy to tow. It weighs 4793 lb. base weight, with 1627 lb. carrying capacity. It can easily be towed with a Chevy Tahoe, Ford F150, Chevy Silverado 1500 or similar vehicles. You need a Class 3 trailer hitch and trailer braking system on your vehicle.. I can supply the ball hitch, weight distribution bars, and sway controller for a $10.00 one time fee. Propane USE IS Included.This trailer has a power hitch and a power awning. It has an outside entertainment area with a 32" TV and refrigerator. There is also a inside 32" TV with an indoor/outdoor stereo system. This Travel Trailer has a King Size BED, with under bed storage. There is a fold down dinette that says it sleeps two people, but the reality is more like one adult or two small children.It comes equipped with a full kitchen including ,pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silverware for four persons. You must bring your own bed linens, pillows, towels, and paper products.This has a very large outside storage compartment in the front to store your own supplies. I supply the water hose, electric cable, sewer hoses and TV cable. I also supply a 30 amp surge protector which is a requirement to protect the trailer.This trailer has TWO Deep Cycle Batteries that hold a charge and make dry camping easier although the trailer does not come equipped with a generator. You will need to supply your own generator if dry camping.NO rentals for "Burning MAN". No Pets allowed.When YOU Contact ME Please Provide: The type of vehicle you will be towing with, where you plan on taking the trailer, if you have experience towing a trailer, what city you live in, and if you will be picking up the trailer in Tracy or need it delivered.
