* Pickup Information * - Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time so I can walk you through the van and explain all its features. Winnebagos website also has an owners video library which can be accessed in the tips section where you can learn more about all the functions of this van. - I work full-time from home, so please let me know your preferred pickup time in advance, and I’ll adjust my schedule around any meetings. - I kindly ask that all **pickups and drop-offs** occur **before 2 PM**. It’s important to inspect the van while there’s still daylight. - Feel free to leave your car parked in front of my house when you pick up the van. * Return Guidelines * - Please return the van in the **same clean condition** as when you picked it up. If the van is returned dirty, a $75 cleaning fee will apply. While the inside should be cleaned, you do **not** need to worry about cleaning the exterior. - The **gas tank must be full** upon return. If not, a $150 fee will be charged. - Please **empty the grey water tank** and **toilet cassette** before returning the van. It’s really important to me that this is taken care of, and I will show you exactly where and how to empty them. Failure to do so will result in a $150 fee. - If you use the **propane**, please make sure to fill it up before returning the van. Most RV parks and some gas stations have fill stations. - For security, an **Apple AirTag** is installed in the van. There is a **$100 fee** if it’s tampered with, and a **$30 fee** if it’s lost. - Please note that if you return the van early, there will be **no refund** for the unused days. Be sure to plan your trip accordingly. - While I’m flexible on return times, please contact me **before booking** to confirm if you need a different return time. Ideally, please return the van by **6 PM** so I have time to inspect it and prepare for the next renter.
