Please treat our camper with care and respect so every guest can enjoy a clean, safe, and reliable experience. • 🧾 General Use Renter must be 25 years or older with valid driver’s license and insurance coverage (if required by platform). No smoking or vaping inside the camper — $250 minimum cleaning fee applies if violated. No illegal drugs or activities permitted at any time. 🚫 Driving & Travel Rules No off-road driving (gravel roads to campsites OK unless unsafe or restricted). Do not take camper into restricted, flooded, or muddy areas. Maximum towing speed: follow posted speed limits and drive safely for trailer conditions. No travel to Mexico or international destinations. 🏕 Campsite Use Camper must be set up on approved RV/campsites only. Proper electrical, water, and sewer hookups must be used when available. Do not modify or tamper with systems, wiring, or plumbing. 🧼 Cleaning & Care Please return camper in reasonably clean condition (normal use accepted). Waste tanks must be used properly; no flushing wipes or foreign items. Trash should be removed before return. I nterior damage, stains, or excessive mess may result in additional fees. ⚙ Equipment & Safety Do not climb on roof or awning. Awning must be retracted during wind, rain, or when not in use. All appliances must be turned off when leaving camper. Report any issues immediately during rental period. ⛽ Fuel, Propane & Utilities Propane and tanks must not be modified or exchanged. Return camper with agreed-upon fuel/propane levels if applicable. 📍 Delivery & Pickup Delivery location must be accessible and confirmed ahead of time. Site must allow safe setup (level ground preferred). 💰 Fees & Responsibility Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Lost or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost. Late returns may result in additional nightly charges.
