To not have those things puts you at great risk. This trailer is small but not tiny. With full tanks, generator, propane and other stuff, more like 3750 lbs and 475 on the hitch. Thats my guess. Having the wrong tow vehicle can make for a treacherous dangerous trip for you and your family. Jeeps, Subarus and Hudyias probably would be frightening. But i have no personal experience with those vehicles. Tahoes, Suburbans, Expeditions, Ford F150 F250 or ram 1500 Hemi or 2500 could be good with the right tow package and controller.
