Brand new RV we bought for our family to use and hopefully for you to enjoy as well! We are so excited to be able to share with others the joy of using an RV! Major pride of ownership and this one is new. Great to use for family/friend/solo travel, a mobile work office or even kids weekend sporting tournaments! Super easy to drive!Our rv is 28 total feet and sleeps 6 very comfortably and is a Class C so no special license needed. With an incredible layout there is full kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer and pantry. Swivel front cab seats, dinette and sofa which both convert for sleeping, overhead bunk area that can sleep 2 with a swivel tv and dvd player and a private bedroom in the back with a full size queen bed, separate AC unit and tv with dvd player. There is also wardrobe storage and tons of regular storage inside and out and wifi! Please fill up with gas to the level you took possession of it with (and propane if needed) before you return the vehicle. There will be a $40 fee (on top of the cost of the fuel,) if the RV is not returned with the same levels. Pickup time will be before 11 am (unless prior arrangements have been made) and return time will be by noon. You can extend to 4pm return for an additional $150. Hi and welcome! We are a family of 4 living in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles and love to travel all over the world! The last couple years we have fallen in love with rv-ing as we live a busy lifestyle and it allowed us and our 2 daughters to take smaller trips when we could find the time. We finally decided to get buy our own since we loved it so much! Recently we purchased a brand new one and are excited to share our love with you! We use rvs for so many things - traveling and sightseeing, soccer tournament weekends, festivals, tailgating and as a mobil office for our jobs. We are happy to rent to you for the same purposes. Looking forward to working with you and hearing about your adventures!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We are definitely flexible with timing for pickup or delivery of the rv. We list 25 miles as radius for delivery but can discuss possibly further for small additional fee. Pickup is from where the rv resides in Van Nuys off the 405 Freeway.
Q.Do we allow pets?
R.
For the most part we prefer not to allow pets in case of damage but we are open to discussing allowing a pet on a case by case basis and a possible refundable pet deposit.
Q.Do we allow bookings for music festivals?
R.
We do not prefer to book the rv for music festivals however we will allow on a case by case basis and a possible increase in security deposit. Please inquire to discuss. No Burning Man.
