The whole structure is built in very robust and pretty Russian birch. The structure is composed of:
- Large drawer in which you we store food, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, etc.
- Large drawer that has a retractable sink, and tap (connected to a water pump and reservoir). It's also the location of the camping burner that is almost new and is very efficient.
-Bed platform (above the drawers on which the mattress is installed
-2 small walls in which there are 3 "lockers". We used these spaces to store clothes, shoes, etc.

Ponyo, the Highlander, is a very capable and reliable camper SUV that drives well, offers a super comfortable ride, and has cold AC. It's well-equipped with amenities like a working tap, electric cooler, power pack, comfortable bed, and Thule storage.

5.0Had a great week with Christophe’s Highlander. She is very capable, we went to the island up to Tofino for a couple days, and then up and down the Sea to Sky Highway. It is super liveable for 2 people, with great features that are really well thought out. The tap works great, the electric cooler worked very well, just make sure to plug it into the power pack when needing items cold with the car off overnight. It’s great that the power pack charges off the car, but there’s also a cable to plug it in at a campsite. Christophe has really thought of everything and there wasn’t a single thing we were wishing we needed. The Thule (which is there) has firewood, camp chairs, and is a great spot for extra storage. AC blows cold and it’s a super comfortable ride. We would rent this many times again, his communication and services were superlative.

5.0We had the most amazing time with Ponyo! Christophe is a very friendly and easygoing guy. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly before we left for our trip. The car drove really well and was equipped with everything we needed. We only had a small issue with the powerpack, but this didn't affect our trip that much. Christophe answered our questions immediately and tried to help out as much as possible. We exceeded the included mileage a bit so this is something to consider (but we did a rather big tour). Thank you, Christophe, for the great memories we were able to create with your car.
