Little RollingInn sleeps 2 (Queen bed) and comes equipped with the necessities to explore in comfort: heat; A/C; TV/DVD; outside kitchenette with sink with water pump, microwave, 2-burner gas stove/griddle, plates/cutlery/pots/pans, 20-gallon fresh water tank, propane/electric water heater, 6 gallon grey water tank, and a 3-way fridge (12V, 120V and propane). Two folding chairs and an outdoor rug are included. Sleep comfortably inside and cook outdoors while enjoying the view!Want to tow it yourself? Little RollingInn is just under 12 feet long and has a Gvwr (loaded weight) of 1800 lbs and hitch weight of 162 lbs. Little RollingInn can be towed by most vehicles, but delivery to your campsite within 250 km of Victoria and set-up/take-down is available at an additional cost.***Please note that smoking/vaping and pets are not permitted in Little RollingInn***
