5.0The host is excellent. He was very responsive and thorough. His responses were easy to understand and he was more than happy to explain further. He was ahead of schedule for pick up & drop off, but wasn’t rushed during either event. He truly cared about my family having a good time. The trailer is immaculate. Almost brand new, and comes with everything we needed. We loaded up the groceries and clothes and left. There was no weird smells, nothing that needed any kind of secret to operate, and all the features functioned properly for the duration of our rental.
