The Sandlot Escape is a spacious 2026 Catalina Legacy Edition (36') that comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests and welcomes up to one large or two small dogs (sorry, no cats).Designed with families in mind, this camper features a private master bedroom with a queen bed, a rear bunk room with two Versa Queen bunks, and additional sleeping space provided by the convertible U-shaped dinette and sofa.Enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, USB charging ports, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker, plus a 43" Smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventure. We also provide a selection of family-friendly board games and card games to keep everyone entertained on rainy days or quiet evenings at the campsite.Outside, unwind beneath the LED-lit retractable awning and enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a flat-top grill and refrigerator. • Only the approved Occupants for the use of the trailer.
• Please return all games and remotes to their original area.
• Please return the RV in the same clean condition as you received it. This includes washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and properly disposing of trash. Any excessive cleaning will incur a fee or charge to deposit.
• Notify of Any Damage Accidents happen—please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
• No Smoking. A $250 fee will apply if smoke is detected. No Festivals or Tailgating Use. This RV is not allowed at festivals or tailgating events. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
