Go camping in style! With two slide-outs and an open floor plan, you get a lot of room for an RV of this size. The RV features three TVs (one in the back bedroom, one in the front, and one outside), a large refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, double sink, and three-burner stove. The rear back-up camera makes it easier to drive. There is a rear queen bed, with a partition if you want to create your own "bedroom" away from the rest of the occupants. There is also ample room for two adults to sleep in the bunk above the cab. The dinette and couch each fold into beds, with each being good for one small adult or two children. Dogs are allowed. However, we do require an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 if you are bringing your pets. And of course, any damage caused by the dogs will remain your responsibility. Unfortunately we are allergic to cats, so no cats are allowed.No smoking or vaping of any kind. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. We can be flexible with pick-up and drop-off times - contact us to let us know what you need and we will try to make it work!Our policy is that you return it as you found it - same level of cleanliness, no damage caused by you, full tank of gas and propane. We will show you how to operate everything prior to your departure, and we will be available by phone, text, and email if you run into questions or problems during your adventure.Note that insurance and deposit may not cover all damages. The renter remains responsible for all damages caused by renter not covered by insurance and/or renter's deposit.The RV is not available for travel into Mexico or for Burning Man or Coachella.
