4.0Third time renting from Norm. Always treats me well. Only reason for the four stars, is the mattress for the master is worn, or just to thin, and very uncomfortable. I made him aware of it, and I trust that he will replace it in a timely fashion. Otherwise, no complaints or issues. Always a seemless process with him. He is very detail oriented, which I think would really suit a first time camper. I would use and recommend Norm anytime.
