Any time of the year is fine for an outdoor excursion with this trailer and make sure you bring the family. With enough sleeping for up to 10 people. Propane gas furnace for heating and cooking meals inside or on the slide out grill outside for a true outdoor experience. The Dual Air Conditioning units will ensure that you will stay nice and cool even on the hottest of Texas Summer days.

• Turn Air Conditioning Unit to Auto or Fan when away for extended periods of time. When back in trailer, turn unit back to Full On or leave on Auto mode.
• Do not put hot pots or pans directly on counter
• Do open the vent and turn on fan in bathroom when using shower.
• Keep shoes off furniture
• If extended camping in trailer with family of 4 or more - black tank must be dumped every 3 days and flushed.
• Must provide own fuel for generator. Gas or Propane
• Can provide full water tank for boondocking for additional fee.
• If cold weather camping in freezing temps, must use propane furnace to heat trailer and underbelly to keep lines from freezing..
• Last Rule - YOU MUST HAVE FUN!...... NO EXCEPTIONS...
