5.0Scott was excellent in answering all my questions. He went over everything that I needed to know. Provided us with a notebook with information that we might required because I forgot what he told me. Pulling the trailer was very simple and. easy. The trailer itself was perfect for our needs. And comfortable.. what else can I say. We do a annual reunion every June. I certainly hope that Scott will be in a position to help us again next year. If I had any complaint, I would have to say that I did not find the outdoorsy website not easy to navigate. But Scott told me that the app itself would be easier.. FYI, we have had an RV in the past, but had to retire it and so renting a trailer was new to us. The end result was a very pleasant week. Thank you again, Scott.
