2017 CrossRoads Sunset Trail Super Lite

This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and it wasn't the best experience. As we approached the pickup date, we had difficulty agreeing upon a pickup time, and the host was planning to charge us a fee to pickup before 5pm on the first day of our rental. We ended up agreeing on an earlier pickup time with no fee, but it was unnecessarily frustrating. Once the camper was setup, we noticed that the black water tank had not been emptied, and were not in a position to break the camper down and bring it to a disposal center, so instead, just didn't use the bathroom, which was very annoying. The next item is that my daughter woke up each morning with facial swelling. At first, we thought it was a reaction to the environment, but we realized after a few nights, that it was likely due to something in the bedding. Maybe the owner has a cat or something that has slept in the lower bunk. I'm not sure. The final issue was that the owner was very adamant that he had emptied that black water tank prior to us picking it up, but when we emptied it (after not using it), is was much more full than the grey water tank (which we had used). Overall, the trip was fine, but could have been much better.

Great communication with the host, flexible pick-up and drop schedule. The trailer was in very good condition and worked perfectly for us! What a fun weekend making great memories.
