The Coleman 17B is everything you need for adventure! Whether you want to stay off-grid or on-grid, the 17B makes it easy. Pets of course are welcome too as we have pets of our own and they have been known to travel with us. 17B has survived the Al-Can Highway along with 3 weeks of early spring Alaskan weather, and Highway 101 multiple times from Washington to California! She is a real trooper with her gas water heater, gas furnace, and gas stove, allowing for heat and cooking without electricity! The amount of easy to access storage space cannot go unmentioned. 2 bench seats contain extra space for storing your extra clothes, books, food, or whatever your heart fancies. The Queen Bed lifts up to reveal more storage space, and outside has its own underneath area. Outside there is an awning that fully extends 8ft with smart water feature to reduce dripping and unwanted water park features upon your head at random! Walk, bike, run or enjoy any of the public parks along the whole stretch of river running through Wenatchee or East Wenatchee, with a walking bridge on the south end of the loop!Bavarian Village of Leavenworth, WA is a must see, especially in the winter during the Christmas Lighting Ceremony! They host a load of fun events during the year including Oktoberfest! Nestled at the foot of the beautiful Cascade Mountain Range makes the views unlike anywhere else! Dining, shopping and amusement are not far away!For those who prefer nature, many campgrounds around offer stunning views of the mighty Columbia River! Nature is not far away, and neither are the Animals! Mountain Goats, Sheep, cougars, Bears, Deer, Elk, moose… the list goes on and on! Hunting, fishing, hiking and so much more await for those with a heart for exploration!The Rocky Reach Dam is an excellent place to learn about Hydropower, and to see the fish using the fish ladder to bypass the Dam! During spawning seasons they keep a count on fish moving up the ladders! A bit farther away is Grand Coulee Dam which is really impressive to see up close and personal!Only an hour or so away is the Gorge Amphitheater offering live music and festivals, with amazing views of the Columbia River Gorge!
