In new condition. Very well set up for 4. Couch pulls out to a sofa bed. Like new unit,comfortable and 1/2 ton towable. Linen and kitchen utensils for 4 included. If your looking to go away when it’s colder. Then this is the trailer. It has a true winter package with heating pads on tanks to in floor heat. This trailer is from Canada and the winter package was for their cold winters. Also we do have generator for an extra charge.
