Clean camper with all the amenities in a cute little package. Go off grid or hook up. The dinette folds down to an almost king sized bed, plenty of room to share with your pooch. It can come stocked or stripped down, whatever you need. It is a 2,000 lb trailer, we recommend that your tow vehicle be rated for 5,000 lb trailer.Off Grid Camping:
The fresh water tank is 11 gallons, so plan accordingly if boon-docking, there is a handy flip down water refill input. We also have a solar panel that will keep the battery topped off when not hooked up to shore power, it is required to make sure the battery does not dip below its optimal charge. The fridge takes a while to come to temperature when using propane, but has a tendency to run cold once fired up. If making lots of stops on your travels, I recommend that the fridge be used as dry storage. The fan and heater/water heater work great and should be set to propane mode when off grid. Allow 2-3 hours for the furnace to heat. You can plug in usb chargers too. However the air conditioner and three prong outlets are only operable if plugged into the grid. All the lights will work off of battery power.Full Hook-up Camping:
With full hook-ups the water can flow freely from city water, the tanks can be drained on site (allow some build up of volume on both the black and grey tanks so that when draining there is a "woosh" to help whisk away debris, follow the black tank draining with the grey to clear the line.) Having shore power will allow for the fridge to be run on the "plug" icon, saving on propane. The heater and water heater unit can draw both from the propane and shore power, so when hooked up it is better to draw from shore power. Feel free to use the air conditioner while hooked up, just be sure to remove the protective plexiglass (keeps the drafts to minimum). We want our renters to have a great time in the outdoors, while still enjoying the comforts of home. We understand that for many it is their first time renting a trailer, and may even be interested in purchasing one for themselves. With this in mind, our trailer orientation is geared toward educating the renter not only for the weekend, but for the future. Sharing our knowledge is our pleasure and always encourage questions and feedback. The most important thing we can offer, besides a thorough orientation, is support in the field.
