As first-time RV renters, we found the entire process easy and straightforward. Communication regarding pickup and setup was excellent. Brian arranged for a friend to deliver the RV, and he took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know before our trip. The RV was clean and well-stocked with supplies, which we appreciated. The only item we couldn't find was a broom. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, keeping the RV cool at 71 degrees all weekend despite the hot weather. We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The outdoor outlet and the outlet near the sink were not working, which may have been due to a blown fuse. Fortunately, there were other outlets available for use. We also noticed a small leak around the toilet. We weren't sure if it was related to the water pump, but since the pump seemed to cycle frequently, we chose to turn it off whenever we weren't actively using water. By Sunday, we discovered that the shower was no longer draining. After some troubleshooting, we realized the gray water tank was full. This was user error on our part, as we hadn't considered how quickly the tank would fill with four people showering multiple times a day after spending time at the beach in the summer heat. One feature we especially loved was the outdoor hose, which made it easy to rinse off sand before entering the RV. While we didn't use the exterior griddle, the extra refrigerator space was very helpful for storing groceries. The curtain that separates the main bed area was missing, but that wasn't an issue for us since we have young children and preferred to keep an eye on them. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great experience and learned a lot about RV camping. Brian offers a fair and reasonable rental price, and we would happily rent from him again.
