On weekends, we can accomodate delivery for an additional fee but must be preapproved prior to adding this to your booking.At pickup, we set aside approximately 30–45 minutes to walk through the van’s features and systems so you feel comfortable and prepared before your trip.We typically require one day between bookings to allow time for thorough cleaning, inspection, and preparation. However, we may be able to accommodate next-day bookings or an additional night, depending on our schedule. 5.0This van is unreal. Gary + London were amazing hosts. Extremely communicative and thought of everything. They were also super helpful with itinerary planning. The van was very clean, exactly as listed, and had zero problems throughout the trip. There is a ton of space inside so we never felt cramped. Will 100% be booking again with them if we make it back up that way.

4.0As anticipated, the rv being a diesel Mercedes proved to be under powered, and small, that said, the trip was uneventful and drove well, a sticker on the dash listing the height of the vehicle would have been helpful, and a little more attention to details and spelling in the on-board binder would have also been helpful. All in all Gary and London were helpful. Overall a 4-star review was earned.

5.0This was our first experience renting a Van. London and Gary made it a great experience! Pick up and drop off was convenient. The van was clean and had everything we might need and more from towels to an outdoor rug to dog supplies. The sleeping was amazing. Highly recommend.

The owners were incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The van was equipped with just about anything and everything you could possibly need, which made our father-son Oregon Coast trip so much more enjoyable. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free camper van rental.

5.0What a great adventure! London and Gary were great from the start. I've never rented, or driven a vehicle like this before and they answered all questions quickly. I paid extra to have them drop it off at my place. They showed up exactly when they said they would and walked me through all the features of the van. Driving the van took a bit to get used to but I picked it up without issue. I would definitely look to rent from them again in the future.

5.0My wife and I are considering owning our own van for camping and renting from London and Gary was a great experience that taught us a lot.. Not ever using a van like this before we had questions about its use during our vacation. Both London and Gary were very responsive and helpful with our questions and always got back to us promptly and happily. The van itself is amazing and very comfortable with all of its amenities. One thing I might suggest to someone using a Sprinter van before they use one is to research ahead of time where you can find the right kind of diesel along the way. The Ultra Low Sulfur diesel that the van needs was not very common where we were and had to do several side trips to find it.. This would have saved my wife and I some time instead of hunting down what was needed along the way. If you are considering renting from individuals that are happy to answer questions and be helpful you should rent from London and Gary.

How does the van’s electric system work?
R.
The van is equipped with a Volta 48V lithium power system that provides electricity without a traditional generator. The system can recharge: • While driving: The van uses a high-output second alternator to recharge the batteries. When using the alternator, the van needs to be driven or idled at approximately 2,000 RPM to charge effectively. • Shore power: The van can be plugged into 30-amp campground shore power. We also provide a 15-amp adapter for compatible outlets.

How do water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

The van has a 35-gallon freshwater tank with both hot and cold water. It can also connect to a campground spigot for running water. We fill the tank with fresh potable water prior to pickup so it’s ready to use when you hit the road. The van comes with a portable camp toilet, but there is no sewer hookup. We include bags and desiccant packs for easy and sanitary use.
