Recently refurbished with new Queen Sleep Number Bed, New 32 and 55' 4K Roku TVs, Denon Stereo, Fireplace/heater in living room, great kitchen, 4 door fridge/freezer, LED lighting inside, Porcelain Toilet, New Awning, tons of storage. New carpet in bedroom, very clean and in excellent condition. Failure to abide by rules will cause you to lose deposit and pay additional cleaning fees. As my Dad used to say: "Son give it back better than it was when you got it."
