Résumé de l'avis
Highly communicative and supportive
Charles provides thorough briefings, spends extended time explaining all features, and is consistently available and prompt for questions and assistance, even setting up/breaking down.
Tows smoothly in all terrains
Guests report the camper tows very well on highways, winding mountain roads, and gravel. It's also consistently described as clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials.

5.0You can stop looking. This is the one. We were brand-new to trailer camping and towing. Charlie was there for us from go, explaining every step, anticipating everything we could need, with a genuine interest in making sure we had a seamless and memorable trip. The camper is spotless, thoughtfully well-stocked, and our pup was welcomed with open arms. We own several rentals, including Airbnbs, and we hope our guests feel the same level of care Charlie showed us. We towed with a 2015 GMC Canyon V6 from Winchester, VA to Seneca Rocks, WV and back with ease.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What is a Starlink Mini?
R.
What is it? -Portable satellite internet for off-grid work and basic connectivity. -Will it work everywhere? No. Performance depends on location, weather, and having a clear view of the sky. -Is service guaranteed? No. Satellite internet is not guaranteed and varies by conditions. No refunds for signal or speed issues. -What’s it good for? Email, browsing, maps, and video calls. Not intended for gaming or heavy downloads. -Is setup required? Minimal—simple instructions included.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up the RV?
R.
Pickup on weekdays (Monday–Friday) is typically limited to 5 PM due to work commitments and is fairly strict. However, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) offer much more flexibility, and we’re happy to coordinate a time that works best for you.
Q.
Can I take the camper out of state?
R.
Absolutely—that’s one of the best parts of renting an off-road travel trailer! You’re free to explore beyond state lines and enjoy the flexibility of taking your adventure wherever the road leads. Just let us know your travel plans so we can ensure everything is set up for a smooth trip.
Q.
What kind of vehicle do I need to tow the camper?
R.
You’ll need a vehicle with sufficient towing capacity for the camper’s weight—typically a midsize to full-size SUV or truck. The vehicle must be equipped with a standard 2 5/16 inch hitch receiver and a 7-pin trailer wiring connection. Since the camper has trailer brakes, your tow vehicle must also have a brake controller installed. These don’t come standard on all vehicles, so be sure to check or have one added before pickup.
