Respect the space: Camp Ross is designed to be a peaceful retreat. Please treat it with care so every guest can enjoy the same restful experience. Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. No smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the camper. • Smoking is permitted outside only, and all waste must be properly disposed of • Evidence of smoking inside will result in an additional cleaning fee No parties or events unless discussed prior. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow pets on beds or furniture in consideration for guests with allergies Care of the camper • Do not flush anything except toilet paper • Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them • Do not move or rearrange major furniture or fixtures Cleanliness • Please leave the camper in generally tidy condition • Wash used dishes • Place trash in designated bins (No need for deep cleaning—we handle that.) Safety • No open flames inside the camper (candles, etc.)Follow all posted instructions for appliances and utilities Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: 3 PM • Check-out: 11 AM • Late check-out may incur additional fees unless approved in advance Camp Ross was created as a place to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
