Accommodating, helpful, supportive staff
Staff like Judy, Tom, Dwayne, Audry, Chris, and Mike provided excellent service, making the rental process smooth, informative, and even saved a trip with a same-day rental, accommodating late arrivals.
Reliable and perfectly functional unit
The rental unit worked perfectly during the trip. A suggestion was made for providing a more recent manual specific to the trailer for future renters' convenience.
