Excellent. This was by far the best experience over the last 12 years we have rented for the Rolex24!! I was kept informed of the delivery status twice in the days before the delivery of the RV to our site at the track......gave us that warm fuzzy feeling...lol

The staff was friendly and helpful. The RV was comfortable, however it should have been cleaned better before we received it.

I cannot comment on other RV dealerships or rental places because to be honest, I have never had a need to try anyone else out. I first rented an RV from GRW 10 years ago for the Superbowl in Tampa. It was based on that experience I knew I would have any of my needs met anytime I needed to rent or purchase an RV anytime I needed one. The staff is friendly from the time you step foot in the building and willing to accommodate your needs. Prices are fair from what I can tell and they seem to have something for every budget. I recently rented an RV for my daughter's Little League team to travel to Port Saint Lucie for the state tournament. The girls felt like superstars being chauffeured around and was great for driving the group to and from the fields and I used it as my "hotel" while the team stayed in hotel rooms. Well we won!! Guess what??!! I already have the next RV rented for next weeks trip to the Southeast Championship in Warner Robins Georgia. Thanks to Tom and team for yet another awesome rental experience. We are all looking forward to next weeks trip!!!
