No smoking. Smoking in the camper will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Bring the awning in whenever you leave camp, when you go to bed at night, or whenever you are not actively monitoring the weather. The awning is the #1 item that gets damaged. Damage to an awning would likely exceed the security deposit and result in an insurance claim. Make sure you have plenty of room to extend the slide. Use a spotter. Failure to do so could result in damage to the camper or something outside the camper. Use caution and look for trees and obstructions that could damage the roof. Do not climb on the roof without approval and then only to remove debris or some kind of emergency repair. Make sure there is nothing in the way, on the ceiling or the floor when bringing in the slide. Damage could occur. Prior to departure and during travel, make sure the deadbolt locks the bedroom door in the open position. The deadbolt is located on the upper-left of the door when standing in the bedroom and facing the kitchen. Without the bolt, the door will slide back and forth during travel and potentially damage the interior of the camper. Pets require prior approval. No cats, please. If you are unable to dump tanks there will be a $100 fee. Return the vehicle clean. Excessive cleaning fee $150. Turn off the gas and electric hot water before disconnecting the water and hitting the road.
