Here is my 2007 Majestic 23A motorhome.
It’s 25 feet long, 12ft clearance. Pretty nimble, easy to drive and park. Fits any RV park.
It’s very popular model from Cruise America, you can find many videos and photos of its exterior and interior in Internet.Special things in my RV:
- there is no internal generator, I have external Champion 3100. You can use a platform and put it in the back and use while driving (see photos of the back)
- brand new vent fan above main bed, it’s luxury Fan-Tastic with it/out fan and temperature control
- additional electric space heater - saves gas and much quiter than gas furnace
- wireless backup camera
- power inverter 750W, you can charge your devices
- portable hoover
- digital thermometer for furnanceEvery single feature of this home works fine.
I just maintained water heater and many other parts of the RV.
Water pump, fridge (electric / gas), furnance, microwave, gas stove.
Mileage is average for motorhome with V8 - around 8-10 mpg.
Many closets and huge storage in the back.
Overall condition of interior is 4.5 out of 5 (because it’s not brand new of course).
I’m fine with long term rent and pets. No smoking inside.If you are new to RV, I can help you with basic things and tell about main features when you pick up the RV.I can provide you camping table and 2 chairs if needed.
