This practically new 2020 Jayco Greyhawk comes with modern comforts you won't find in your typical RV rental: slide-out bedroom with king bed, TV, and plenty of storage with the privacy of a pocket door; slide-out kitchen and dinette with large, undermount sink, standard appliances, and countertop extension wing; double air conditioners; side-view and backup cameras; USB plugs for charging; spacious bathroom with shower; inverter to power TV and Blu-ray player while on the road; and Bluetooth. Of course it also comes with standard comforts: furnace, water heater, gas generator, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave.King bed will sleep two adults comfortably. Over-cabin queen bunk will sleep another two adults comfortably. Returning is by 11:00am*****RULES*****-Gasoline:
I will provide a full tank of gasoline when you come to pick it up. Refill gasoline tank before returning. If gasoline tank is not full, with receipt, the renter will be charged an extra refill fee.-Propane:
I I will provide a full tank of propane when you come to pick it up. Refill propane tank before returning. If propane tank is not full, the renter will be charged an extra refill fee.-Interior cleaning:
I will provide a clean and sanitized RV when you come to pick it up. Clean the interior of the RV before you return it (floors swept, trash emptied, bathroom, kitchen and kitchen items cleaned and put away, etc.) Excessive mess will incur extra interior cleaning fee.-On time Return:
Return RV on time. If the RV is returned late the renter will be charged a per-hour late fee.-Awning:
No awning use during windy or stormy conditions. Use at your own risk. Damaged awning is not covered by insurance and the renter will be charged the full cost of replacement.-No pets. If evidence is found, the renter will be charged an extra cleaning fee.-No smoking, vaping or strong smells (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) If you leave smells behind, the renter will be charged an extra fee.-No illegal drugs
