All drivers must be verified and listed on the Outdoorsy reservation prior to the start of the rental. Operating the RV without prior approval from Outdoorsy voids all insurance coverage. If an unapproved driver operates the RV and is involved in an accident: • Outdoorsy’s insurance will not apply • The renter is 100% financially responsible for all damages to the RV and any third-party liability, including injury or property damage • The renter may be subject to additional legal and financial penalties For your safety and protection, please confirm all drivers are listed and approved by Outdoorsy before taking possession of the RV.
