The day we picked it up, they gave us a very detailed overview/walk through on the entire trailer. It was very helpful and reassuring! The trailer tows amazing, set up was quick and easy. We trailed with our 2 children (13 & 9) and everyone was very comfortable in it. Grateful for such an incredible experience and we can't wait to rent it again!

The hosts were wonderful, communicated well, and were very helpful with anything we needed, from the initial drop-off, to the orientation, and the final pickup. Yes, of course. We encourage our guests to contact us at anytime during the trip to ask questions or let us know if there are any issues that you encounter. We want your trip to be as smooth as possible. We strive to do our best with ongoing communication and will respond to your messages promptly.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We strive to be as flexible as possible for the time to pick up and drop off. Upon making reservations, we will agree upon these times that work best for both parties. If you need delivery, please message us to ensure we are available on the delivery day and pick up day (first and last day of your trip). The scheduled pickup time is 10am and drop off time is 3pm. If you need these times adjusted, feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

When you pick up the trailer, we provide a thorough orientation. We also provide a guest manual that includes specific instructions for all entities in the trailer.
