Charley is an 18ft Sprinter Van which we fully customized with a beautiful all timber build out. With unique arched shelves, cedar ceiling, live edge countertop and wood-turned kitchen sink, you won't find another van like this around. During the pandemic, and with the help of a few friends, Rachel built the van out before hitting the road. Charley has visited over 30 states and his build was dialed in on the road for maximum functionality.Charley has a convertible queen-sized bed, sliding table and bench seats, 12v powered faucet, full kitchen with everything you need for camp cooking, electric fridge cooler, 200 wats of solar power, two-way fan, bumping stereo system, dimmable LED lights, custom artwork, a hermetically sealed camping toilet, insulated walls, and tons of storage space.Charley is an older model of Sprinter van but has had numerous upgrades and his diesel engine is fantastic. The van comes with a phone mount/USB hook up for your iphone to play music and display GPS directions on the screen. The Goal Zero battery system is powered by solar panels, (while providing USB, 12v, 110v) and can also hook up to shore power for charging.Additional:
1. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel, otherwise, a charge of $7.00/gallon will be applied.
2. Prior to each rental, the vehicle will be cleaned per CDC recommended guidelines.
3. For sanitary purposes, the toilet tank must be emptied and cleaned by the renter prior to return, otherwise, there is a $300 charge.
4. Charley is 2WD so cannot withstand off-roading which is prohibited. Renter shall be responsible for damages arising from such activity.
5. Please do not climb on the roof. It will damage the roof and solar panels. Renter shall be responsible for damages arising from such activity.
6. Charley is a high top sprinter measuring 9ft tall. He will not fit through drive thrus or in most parking garages. Renters will be responsible for any damages incurred to the roof, solar panels, fan, etc.Ce qui est inclusComes with:Fresh linens

Charley the van is 100% a passion project. After surviving covid, we bought a sprinter, built it out in 5 weeks and set out to explore this beautiful country of ours. My partner and I lived in Charley for over 3 months and made several upgrades and installations to the build while we were on the road. We filled it with trinkets from our travels and with lots of love, which anyone who enters it will feel. We had such an amazing journey traveling around in our custom van and living the van life, we wanted to share the experience and the freedom with others while we are working back in the real world. We hope you enjoy our van and perhaps we'll see you out there on the road!
