Kevin is praised for quick communication, being easy to work with, and accommodating with pickup/drop-off. However, he has canceled several bookings with short notice (1-2 days before departure).
Easy to drive, good mileage
Guests find the RV easy to drive, even for beginners, aided by rear/side cameras, and note good gas mileage. It's clean, comfortable with cold AC and a working generator. There was one breakdown (fuse) and recurring issues with broken blinds.
